Recruitment areas are used as a source of statistics for affirmative action plans created in Berkshire's BALANCEaap software product. For more information about recruitment areas, click here.

BALANCEaap users receive three free standard recruitment areas with their initial software purchase. Recruitment areas may also be purchased individually, $60 for a standard recruitment area and $100 for a specialized recruitment area. Customers who wish to purchase recruitment areas in a format not used by BALANCEaap such as Excel, Text or PDF, should contact our Sales department at 1-800-882-8904 x2001.

An account is required to create, purchase, or redeem free recruitment areas. Customers with an active technical support account may use their support login. Clients without a technical support login should create an account by clicking the "New Account" button.
