OFCCP Complaint Hotline to Combat Race and Sex StereotypingThe Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced it established a complaint hotline and email address for employees to use to submit complaints under two Executive Orders. Complaints can be submitted by calling 202-343-2008 or via email at OFCCPComplaintHotline@dol.gov. Employees can also file a compliant via OFCCP’s website: https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/contact/file-complaint

The complaint hotline was established in accordance with Executive Order 13950 which was issued on September 22, 2020. The order enables employees to file complaints alleging that a Federal contractor “is utilizing training programs in violation of the contractor’s obligations under those orders.”
