Department of Labor Posts Sample VETS-100A Form

The Department of Labor has published a sample Vets-100A form. This report is required of contractors who hold contracts after December 1, 2003. If you are a contractor that holds contracts dated before and after December 1, 2003, you will need to file both the Vets-100 and the Vets-100A forms. All contractors should review their veteran ID forms to make sure they are capturing the correct information based on their contract dates.
