OMB Sends Out Proposed Scheduling Letter Survey

Berkshire’s experts recently shared in-depth information on the proposed changes to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audit scheduling letter. The period for public comment is now closed, but a few of Berkshire’s clients have received a survey from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) asking about the estimate number of hours the proposed changes would place on contractors. This is a short survey—about 8 to10 questions—is designed to assess the additional burden on contractors. It asks if the additional information will take more or less time than what is currently expended to respond to the scheduling letter, and for specific estimates of the time new requests would take.

If you received this survey this is your chance to tell OFCCP how burdensome their changes are, and Berkshire would be happy to assist with your estimates. Contact your Berkshire consultant or expert at 800.882.8904 or email bai@berkshireassociates.com to get started.
