Berkshire Experts Present at Agency Panel Committee on Compensation
Two of Berkshire’s leading compensation experts, Michele Whitehead and Liz Balconi, recently presented to a panel committee at the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) for a project commissioned by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Michele and Liz shared insight on the limitations companies face in producing and reporting compensation data.
The panel committee is comprised of EEOC, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Department of Justice, and advocacy members who are currently focused on determining how to best collect wage data from employers.
