Compliance Update: Possible Scheduling Letter Date

Berkshire Associates Inc.’s experts have noticed an Office of Management and Budget expiration date of January 28, 2012 on recently issued scheduling letters. This may be an indication the new scheduling letter will go into effect by the end of this month.

Berkshire Associates has fully analyzed the proposed changes and will be ready to update its products to comply once the new requirements are released. Federal contractors and subcontractors are advised to craft a process to report on promotion and termination pool data when it is applicable.
