Berkshire Associates is recruiting you to "get all you can get" at our Boot Camp for affirmative action planning. You save money on this training package, and we will save you the time and energy of maneuvering through affirmative action planning on your own. Our campaign is an intense four-day program.

You will begin with the basics in our two-day Fundamentals of Affirmative Action Planning training. During this phase, our expert trainers will provide an in-depth review of the OFCCP and the federal regulations that require your organization to produce an Affirmative Action Plan.
Alleviate the worry of navigating BALANCEaap Web on your own during the third day of Boot Camp. Our experienced trainers will lead you through your technical training and provide the opportunity to learn how to use the basic functions of BALANCEaap Web application.
Your final mission will be Collaborative Plan Development on day four. You will participate in a practical exercise of a real-life scenario using your company’s data while you work aggressively on your own AAP. Spend the day refining your data and developing the required statistical and narrative components of your plan. Attendees will need to provide Berkshire with data for their affirmative action plan(s) at least three weeks prior to the Boot Camp.

Training Dates
Attendees will need to provide Berkshire with data for their affirmative action plan(s) at least three weeks prior to the AAP Boot Camp. For this reason, registration for AAP Boot Camp will close four weeks prior to the start of a Boot Camp session.
