Who should attend

Licensed users of BALANCEaap software who have participated in BALANCEaap software training within six months of the AAP Workshop date. This training is recommended for BALANCEaap owners who want to get their plan off their to-do list, and want expert guidance along the way.

How you will benefit

AAP Workshop is designed for our software users to take advantage of the software as well as our expert consulting support to develop your affirmative action plan. Participants will develop the required statistical and narrative components of their affirmative action plan. Clients value the undivided and uninterrupted time our AAP Workshop provides. Most clients complete their plan by the end of the session. To your benefit, participants submit data for review and import prior to the workshop session. This is to ensure your data is ready-to-go the day you arrive—saving you time and ensuring a more accurate plan.

Data Import

Once your registration is confirmed, the next step is to provide Berkshire with a data download for one affirmative action plan at least three weeks prior to the Workshop. Berkshire’s consultants work with you to resolve any data errors or file consistency issues.

Public Training

Instructor Led Online Training

Get up to six hours of live, one-on-one expert consulting support as you develop your affirmative action plan.

Private Training

Does your organization have unique affirmative action needs? Are there multiple people in your organization that need to get their AAP completed? Consider a private Workshop. We will send one affirmative action consultant per every three plans, to a location of your choosing, to guide you through the plan preparation process.
