This learning series focuses on today’s leading HR topics. Don’t miss essential information on: contractor compliance, applicant tracking, performance management, compensation, and diversity.

Each seminar is $69 per person

Introduction to Federal Contractor Compliance

This class will examine the various compliance requirements of federal contractors. Attendees will enjoy an interactive discussion on affirmative action and Executive Order 11246, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, discrimination, and regulations surrounding Veterans.

OFCCP Compliance in the Age of Applicant Tracking

This class will examine the OFCCP’s definition of an Internet applicant and explore the elements of a compliant applicant process. Attendees will learn about the four criteria of an applicant, the difference between a job seeker and an applicant, record retention and monitoring, and recent audit trends as they relate to applicants.

Performance Management

This class will examine the design and implementation of a performance management program. Enjoy an interactive discussion on elements of a performance management program, how to link performance to compensation, effective communication of performance, and the mechanics of implementing and maintaining a performance management program.

Pay for Performance

This class introduces participants to the process of creating a pay for performance program. Find out about the role job analysis plays in developing a pay for performance program, identifying compensable factors, and establishing internal equity.

The Marriage of Diversity & Affirmative Action

This seminar will examine the relationship between diversity and affirmative action. Attendees will enjoy a lively discussion on the similarities and differences between affirmative action and diversity, the legal risks associated with them, and some practical tips on how to create a lawful diversity program that values differences and encourages employee interaction while ensuring your efforts do not cause unintentional consequences.
