We accept substitutions at any time. You may cancel without penalty up to 8 calendar days prior to training. Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of training will be charged a $100 processing fee. No shows are liable for the entire course fee. Cancellations made the day of training will be treated as a No Show and will be liable the entire course fee. Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty. If you cancel your attendance to rescheduled classes, you will be charged the entire course fee. No money will be held in credit for longer than 6 months and will be refunded via check.

Once a session has started, it is considered to have taken place and will not be rescheduled.
In the event of a cancellation of an Online Workshop, in which the AAP data has been received by Berkshire Associates Inc., data preparation charges of $500 will apply. Clients will be refunded the cost of the training minus the $500 data prep charge and the $100 processing fee, if applicable
No money will be held in credit for longer than 6 months and will be refunded via check.
Self-paced training programs that have not yet been accessed, are eligible for refund within the first six months of purchase. Once a program has been accessed, no refunds will be granted.
