Who should attend

Subscribers of BALANCEaap Web who have participated in BALANCEaap Web training within six months of the Collaborative Plan Development date. This training is recommended for BALANCEaap Web users who want to get their plan off their to-do list, and want expert guidance along the way.

How you will benefit

Collaborative Plan Development is designed for our BALANCEaap Web users to take advantage of our expert consulting support to develop your affirmative action plan. Participants will develop the required statistical and narrative components of their affirmative action plan. Clients value the undivided and uninterrupted time our Collaborative Plan Development provides. Most clients complete their plan by the end of the session. To your benefit, participants submit data for review and import prior to the Collaborative Plan Development session. This is to ensure your data is ready-to-go the day you arrive—saving you time and ensuring a more accurate plan.

Data Import

Once your registration is confirmed, the next step is to provide Berkshire with data for your affirmative action plan(s) at least three weeks prior to the session. Berkshire’s consultants work with you to resolve any data errors or file consistency issues.

One-on-One Online Training

One-on-One Online Training for Collaborate Plan Development is available for companies who wish to develop their plan, with an AAP instructor, at the convenience of their office. An instructor personally guides you through developing your plan, and the entire process is online. Select this option and you receive up to eight hours of direct, one-on-one expert consulting support as you develop your affirmative action plan.

Private Training

Does your organization have unique affirmative action needs? Are there multiple people in your organization that need to get their AAP completed? Consider private Collaborative Plan Development. We will send an affirmative action consultant to guide you through the plan development process, at a location of your choosing.
