Public Training

All our One-on-One Online Training classes are live and individually scheduled based on your availability. One-on-One Online Training is a good choice for attendees who want the benefit of having a live instructor, but still want the convenience of learning at their own location, and at their own desk. One-on-One online training is specifically designed and ideal for individuals with intermediate knowledge and skill in affirmative action and affirmative action software.

Group Online Training

Group Online Training allows you to learn right from your desk. A live instructor will lead a group of learners through the main features of our applications. Group Online Training is offered once a month. BALANCEaap Desktop and BALANCEaap Web are available in this format.

Group Online Training is appropriate for visual learners who are in need of a refresher in BALANCEaap software or a succinct overview of main features and functionality. Group Online Training is specifically designed and ideal for individuals with advanced knowledge and experience in affirmative action and affirmative action software.

Self-Paced Online Training

Take advantage of our Self-Paced Online Training which can be taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from the convenience of any computer. As an added benefit, the Self-Paced Training is accessible for 12 months from date of purchase. Purchase one seat or enough for your entire organization. Private Training gives you the opportunity to work directly with our expert consultants at the location of your choice.
