Public Training

Get away from your office and join fellow HR professionals in a classroom style environment. Public Training is offered at our Columbia, MD facility, as well as select regional locations. Some of our Public Training classes include: Fundamentals of Affirmative Action Planning, BALANCEaap software, Affirmative Action Plan Workshop, and our Breakfast Seminars.

Public Training is ideal for attendees who enjoy a classroom setting and interacting with a group. Public training also suits those who benefit from face-to-face, instructor guidance. Public training is specifically designed and ideal for individuals new to affirmative action and affirmative action software.

One-on-One Online Training offers the benefit of being guided by an expert trainer without leaving your office. All of our One-on-One Online Training classes are live and individually scheduled based on your availability. BALANCEaap, BALANCEaap Web, BALANCEpay, and Affirmative Action Plan Workshop are available in this format.

One-on-One Online Training is a good choice for attendees who want the benefit of having a live instructor, but still want the convenience of learning at their own location, and at their own desk. One-on-One online training is specifically designed and ideal for individuals with intermediate knowledge and skill in affirmative action and affirmative action software.

Group Online Training

Group Online Training allows you to learn right from your desk. A live instructor will lead a group of learners through the main features of our applications. Group Online Training is offered once a month. BALANCEaap, and BALANCEaap Web are available in this format.

Group Online Training is appropriate for visual learners who are in need of a refresher in BALANCEaap software or a succinct overview of main features and functionality. Group Online Training is specifically designed and ideal for individuals with advanced knowledge and experience in affirmative action and affirmative action software.

Self-Paced Online Training

Take advantage of our Self-Paced Online Training which can be taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the convenience of any computer. As an added benefit, the Self-Paced Training is accessible for 12 months from date of purchase. Purchase one seat or enough for your entire organization. Fundamentals of Affirmative Action Planning training and other HR training programs are available in this format.

Private Training

Private Training gives you the opportunity to work directly with our expert consultants at the location of your choice. Any one of Berkshire’s training classes can be customized and delivered as a private session.
