As a Senior HR Consultant at Berkshire Associates Inc., Kristen Johnson has over 20 years of human resources experience in a variety of progressive roles supporting small and large organizations. She has experience with employee relations, recruiting, program development and management, and diversity and inclusion Initiatives. Kristen has spent the last few years focused on affirmative action planning and HR compliance, including various individual state requirements. Since joining Berkshire, Kristen has developed a passion for state and local reporting requirements and onboarding new clients. She regularly shares her expertise as a panelist for local compliance and D&I conferences as a member of the board of the Kansas City ILG, where she has served since 2014. Kristen holds a master’s degree from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Ottawa University.

About Tiffany Hughes

Tiffany Hughes is a Human Resource Consultant with Berkshire Associates Inc. With over five years in the industry, Tiffany has a diverse background in helping organizations maintain and reach their goals. In her time with Berkshire, Tiffany has gained in-depth knowledge of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations and aids clients with the design, development, and implementation of their affirmative action programs. Tiffany is passionate about helping clients get affirmative action programs running in their organizations and keeping clients abreast of new changes and additions to regulations. Before starting her career with Berkshire in 2016, Tiffany worked as an Educational Program Manager for District of Columbia Public Schools. Tiffany’s educational background consists of a bachelor of science degree in business administration with a minor in marketing from Bowie State University.
