Project Templates

Projects with Berkshire include affirmative action plan (AAP) development, EEO-1, VETS-4212, and University plans. Companies can have one or a combination of these services. Select the template that best describes your services.

  • Data Retention Policy
    During the term of your AAP outsourcing services, you will have online access to your plan for up to 3 years after the Plan Date. For accessing plans older than 3 years contact us at 
  • Extended Access to Your AAPs
    If you need extended access to affirmative action plans dated 2016 or older, please contact your consultant or send us an email at
