Breaking News - Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta Resigns

Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta announced his resignation after receiving unwanted attention regarding his 2008 treatment of the case against Jeffrey Epstein, when Acosta was a US attorney in Southern Florida.

In the interim, he will be replaced by Acting Director Patrick Pizzella, who served as a member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority under President Obama and most recently as Deputy Labor Secretary under Acosta.

As more information becomes available on how this may affect the Department of Labor and OFCCP, Berkshire will keep you posted.
