Recently, OFCCP launched a new look on its website, and continues to make updates to portions of the site as the agency gets ready for new enforcement activities. The site provides a single place of information regarding the Section 503 and VEVRAA focused reviews. Additionally, the agency launched a resource page for workers relating to past drug misuse, which outlines how Section 503 covers individuals who are in recovery from past drug abuse. New guidelines have been issued regarding the role of the Ombudsman.

The agency has not slowed down during the current public health situation – register here and join us on May 27th for a quick update on agency trends.
