What We Learned From the OFCCP in 2021

Recorded: November 16, 2021

Over the last year, we have survived a pandemic and an economic downturn – both of which have been underscored by ongoing social upheaval and calls for systemic change. President Biden’s administration has prioritized efforts to ensure racial and gender equity in the workplace, with OFCCP playing a significant role in these efforts.

During this webinar, Berkshire Director of Audit & HR Services Lynn Clements will identify OFCCP’s current enforcement priorities, share lessons learned from OFCCP’s FY 2021 enforcement results and recent OFCCP compliance reviews, and offer insight into real-world EEO and affirmative action compliance and risk management strategies.

Attendees will leave this session with a list of practical take-aways, including:

• OFCCP staffing and budget

• An overview of OFCCP’s regulatory agenda and what to expect next

• Summary of OFCCP’s FY2021 enforcement results

• What organizations can do proactively to prepare for an OFCCP compliance review

• And more!
