On January 21, 2025, President Trump released Executive Order (EO) 14173 which, among other things, revoked EO 11246.

EO 14173 gave contractors until April 21, 2025, to continue to comply with the EO 11246 regulations that were in place on January 20, 2025. Contractors should use this 90-day period to ‘unwind’ their EO 11246 AAP and related compliance efforts.
