Craig Leen served as Director of the OFCCP at the U.S. Department of Labor. While there, he was a leader and senior executive of a premier civil rights enforcement agency that achieved records for both enforcement recoveries and compliance assistance in FY 2019 and FY 2020. Craig reported directly to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Labor, with a mission to ensure compliance by federal contractors with equal employment opportunity and non-discrimination obligations.
Currently, Craig Leen is a partner at the K & L Gate’s Washington, D.C. office, where he is a member of the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice group. His depth of experience spans the federal, state, and local government, as well as the private sector.
Thomas Carnahan, Ph.D., is Berkshire’s Compensation Services Manager. His department is responsible for performing Proactive Pay Equity, providing comprehensive analyses and recommendations to clients under OFCCP audit, and setting the direction for Berkshire’s other HR and Compensation services, such as wage gap reporting, market analysis, and more traditional Industrial Psychology work.
With more than 20 years of experience in research methodology, data analysis, and HR process development, Thomas brings Berkshire’s clients expert-level services and recommendations. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and his background includes working for small boutique firms, Fortune 100 companies, and as a professor of business and statistics at US and International Universities.
As Director of Audit & HR Services for Berkshire, Lynn A. Clements oversees Berkshire’s audit defense practice. Throughout her career, Lynn has provided clients with strategic insight and practical compliance and risk management advice in hundreds of OFCCP compliance reviews.
With more than 20 years of experience, including serving in high-level policy positions at both the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Lynn is a regular presenter of management and employee training at all levels of organizations and has testified before Congress regarding EEO and pay equity issues. She is currently Secretary for the Baltimore Industry Liaison Group (BILG) and a faculty member of the Institute for Workplace Equality.
