As a Managing Consultant, Cindy Karrow, SPHR, SHRM-SCP specializes in developing AAPs, acting as liaison with the OFCCP, and delivering customized training. With over 27 years of experience in the industry, she is recognized as a leading affirmative action compliance expert.
As a seasoned trainer, Cindy is able to adjust her communication style to meet the needs of her audience—allowing her to effectively train HR professionals and management employees on compliance issues. She also works with others to provide webinars, videos, and online training for Berkshire. Cindy regularly speaks at industry events and local Industry Liaison Group (ILG) meetings. She is also a regular contributor to Berkshire’s Blog.
Prior to joining Berkshire, Cindy was the EEO/AA Manager for Sprint Corporation. Cindy obtained her Bachelors of Science from Kansas State University.
Thomas Carnahan, Ph.D is the Pay Equity Manager and is responsible for managing Berkshire’s pay equity line of business by promoting the ability to conduct meaningful, statistical analyses of clients’ compensation data to ensure fair pay and in support of federal, state, and/or local fair pay laws.
With more than 15 years of experience in research methodology, data analysis, and HR process development, Thomas brings to Berkshire advanced-level data capabilities, and an extensive background that will serve to enhance our pay equity solutions. Thomas holds a Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
