Federal contractors are required to analyze their personnel activity like hires, promotions, and terminations, on an annual basis.
As part of Berkshire’s ongoing series of webinars, this session discusses hire, promotion, and termination coding and analyses - how to define/distinguish the different types of personnel activities that occur in an organization and options when analyzing the personnel activity.
With the new administration, OFCCP has eliminated focused reviews, i.e., promotions, IWDs and Vets, and are concentrating on conducting full establishment reviews instead. Therefore, this is the time for federal contractors to make decisions on their personnel actions so that moving forward they will be prepared for any additional scrutiny in these areas.
In this webinar we discuss:
• The definitions of hire, promotion and termination
• Types of hires, promotions and terminations
• Capturing and analyzing personnel actions
• How the OFCCP may review the personnel activity
• And more!
