BT Webinar Credit Unions - May 2021

How Credit Unions Can Simplify HR Using Their ATS

Recorded: May 2021

We know that many credit unions are small to medium-sized businesses with a focus on member development and retention, and often one HR person or a small department wears many hats. Yet your ability to serve your credit union members is directly linked to your ability to source great hires in an efficient manner. How can you make great hires while keeping all your other tasks – payroll, health care enrollment, onboarding – going? Without hiring, all functions stop, but hiring can take up the lion’s share of your time.

Berkshire’s experts will sit down with credit union leaders on May 18 to discuss how to make your hiring process easier. We’ll show you 5 ways to use an applicant tracking system to simplify what you’re doing now while still attracting and engaging with those top candidates that you want to hire.

In our 45-minute presentation, we’ll discuss 5 ways that businesses like yours have used applicant tracking technology to make their hiring processes simpler and more effective. Your credit union will be able to leverage this knowledge provided by Berkshire experts to enhance your hiring success - starting today:

  1. Use automation to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process – without wasting your time.
  2. Store candidate communication in one place, without having to scour your inbox for his or her availability, resume, or references.
  3. Filter out unqualified candidates quickly using pre-screening questions.
  4. Involve leaders needed in the hiring process seamlessly to keep everyone informed without giant email chains.
  5. Send postings to multiple job boards automatically to cast the widest possible net – no more multiple log-ins to every job board.
Register today for this important session and get ready to make your hiring process more efficient.
