Beth Conner, Senior, HR Consultant, has over 15 years of experience as an HR Generalist, focused the past 7 years in Affirmative Action. Prior to joining Berkshire, Beth worked at The Employers Association, an HR solutions provider in Charlotte, NC. She was responsible for developing and delivering Affirmative Action Plans, training clients on OFCCP regulations, record keeping and data collection.

She is Vice President for the Charlotte Area Industry Liaison Group (ILG); in her tenure, Beth has had particular influence in the local contractor community and applied knowledge about regional OFCCP enforcement trends.

Nikki Wright is an HR Consultant at Berkshire. Nikki has over 14 years of affirmative action experience, 12 of which have included assisting clients with developing annual affirmative action plans and navigating OFCCP audits.
