Illinois Pay Data Webinar 2022

Illinois Pay Reporting – Are You Ready?

March 2022

Illinois is now the second state to require pay data reporting for private employers, beginning as early as this year.

The Illinois filing is more than just another data collection: employers must file individual employee-level compensation information and certify that there is no wage disparity for women or minorities in each of the EEO-1 job groups when accounting for legitimate factors related to pay.

With the first filing deadline only months away, covered Illinois employers should be evaluating how prepared they are to make the required certification.

Join veteran employment attorney Maryelena Zaccardelli of Michael Best & Friedrich and Berkshire’s pay equity powerhouse Dr. Thomas Carnahan to learn more about the ins and outs of the Illinois’ Equal Pay Registration Certification requirements.

The duo will discuss:

  • Who needs to register
  • What information needs to be submitted to the State of Illinois
  • When you will submit this new report
  • How to submit the data to the Illinois Department of Labor
  • What you should do to prepare and how to analyze your pay now
