About Thomas Carnahan, Ph.DThomas Carnahan, Ph.D is the Pay Equity Manager and is responsible for managing Berkshire’s pay equity line of business by promoting the ability to conduct meaningful, statistical analyses of clients’ compensation data to ensure fair pay and in support of federal, state, and/or local fair pay laws. With more than 15 years of experience in research methodology, data analysis, and HR process development, Thomas brings to Berkshire advanced-level data capabilities, and an extensive background that will serve to enhance our pay equity solutions. Thomas holds a Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
