Once you submit your data to us through our secure online portal, your consultant will conduct a thorough review of your data to resolve all data errors and inconsistencies with your assistance. We will collaborate with you to ensure the workforce analytics we deliver are meaningful based on your employment practices, decision-making process and organizational needs.

Your analysis will be quality checked before being published to you on the Berkshire Client Portal (BCP). A call to review your reports is included, and your consultant will walk you through the BCP, provide an overview of the reports, and make recommendations for next steps.
