By mid- April, we will have reached the halfway point from when OFCCP opened the contract Contractor Portal on February 1, 2022 to when contractors are required to certify by June 30, 2022.

On April 14 at 2 p.m., Berkshire’s President Beth Ronnenburg will provide a timely overview of the newly implemented registration and certification process. Given that this process is still largely shrouded in unknowns, Beth will outline the practical implications of ‘what we know’ as well as ‘what we don’t know yet.’
