Artificial Intelligence (AI) seems to be a part of everything we do now. AI powers your movie suggestions, edits your emails, assists your GPS in detecting traffic patterns. Although it has the potential to revolutionize almost every aspect of our lives, it also poses significant risks to society, including in the area of Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Accessibility (DEI&A).

Under Cheryl’s direction, this service takes a quantitative look at data to evaluate a company’s DEI-related metrics and progress. Cheryl also provides consulting on EEO, Affirmative Action, and DEI to clients seeking an expert with “real life” experiences leading HR and senior level executive in these areas.
