About Lynn Clements

As Director of Audit & HR Services for Berkshire, Lynn Clements oversees Berkshire’s Pay Equity, HR Services and Audit Defense practices. Throughout her career, Lynn has provided clients with strategic insight and practical compliance and risk management guidance, including in hundreds of government investigations before OFCCP and EEOC.  

With 25 years of experience in the EEO and affirmative action space -- including nearly eight years working as a former senior official at the EEOC and OFFCP -- Lynn brings a unique blend of regulatory knowledge and compliance experience to every project she oversees. Lynn is a regular presenter of management and employee training at all levels of organizations and has testified before Congress and federal enforcement agencies on EEO and pay equity issues. A regular presenter at national and local industry conferences, Lynn was a founding member of the NILG Advisory Board, a faculty member at the Institute for Workplace Equality and co-authored the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Fall 2017 Report on Recommendations for Reform of the OFCCP.

About Brian Marentette 

Brian Marentette, Ph.D. specializes in research and statistical methods related to equal employment opportunity compliance in employee hiring, promotion, termination, and compensation decisions in high-stakes settings. Over the last 16+ years, he has consulted to organizations with national and global footprints in some of the most high-stakes, litigious settings to develop and defend more than 100 personnel selection systems.

Dr. Marentette has also supported numerous organizations as they worked alongside the U.S. Department of Justice to comply with Federal consent decrees resulting from discrimination in past hiring and promotional practices. In his current role as Director of the People Insights Division, Dr. Marentette leads our personnel selection/test validation, pay equity analytics, diversity metrics, and EEO/OFCCP analytics work.
