Suzanne draws upon her experience and strategic understanding of the latest human resource updates and changes to educate fellow HR professionals on the topics that matter the most. She also regularly speaks at industry events, including Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapters.
As a Client Project Analyst at Berkshire, Mike is responsible for providing services and expert advice to clients including completing Affirmative Action Plans, audit services and other related services for employers of all sizes. With nearly 20 years of experience in HR, Mike knows what his clients are up against and works like a pro to make their affirmative action planning process streamlined and low-stress.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Business Administration and Management from Towson University.
