Julie currently supports 30+ higher educational institutions whose workforces range from 750 employees to 13,000 employees in Maryland, Illinois, Tennessee, Rhode Island, California, North Dakota, North Carolina, New Jersey, Georgia, Virginia, and Connecticut. 

In addition to serving Berkshire higher education clients, Julie serves on an internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion council, develops training modules for Berkshire clients, authors blogs for the website, and is occasionally engaged as a speaker on AA topics.

As an associate HR Consultant at Berkshire, Samuel Stegmann consults clients of all sizes on affirmative action planning, EEO-1s, VETS 4212, and California Pay. Sam specializes in the nuanced challenges presented by higher education AAPs – a specialization that requires significant attention to detail and an extensive understanding of OFCCP regulations.

Sam has a Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology. He currently sits on a board as an advisor for the University of Minnesota-Mankato.
