About Lynn Clements, Esq.

Lynn Clements, Esq., is the Senior Director of People Insights at Berkshire Associates, a division of Resolution Economics. The firm’s practice includes an interdisciplinary team of expert data scientists, labor economists, and Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychologists who help organizations analyze and interpret workforce data to build compliant employment practices. Lynn has over 25 years of experience in the EEO and affirmative action space, including serving as the Acting Director of Policy at the OFCCP and as an attorney at EEOC in the Office of Legal Counsel and in Vice Chair Naomi Earp’s office. Prior to joining Berkshire, Lynn was a partner at a management-side employment law firm, where she advised employers on the full range of EEOC and DOL compliance matters, including large-scale systemic discrimination cases. Lynn is a faculty member at the Institute for Workplace Equality, co-authored the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Fall 2017 Report on Recommendations for Reform of the DOL, and has testified before Congress on EEO and pay equity issues. Lynn is a regular presenter at national HR conferences, and to HR compliance professionals and senior executives. Her experience with government transitions, both from the administration side and the private sector, makes her an invaluable voice during this period of change.

About Stephanie Wilson 

As a Partner and the Director of Government Contracts at Berenzweig Leonard, Stephanie represents government contractors of all sizes in bid protest and claims litigation, counseling, transactional matters, and contractor compliance. A former law clerk in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Stephanie has been recognized in Government Contracts by Super Lawyers magazine each of the last ten years. She has significant experience prosecuting and defending bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Government Accountability Office, as well as litigating contract claims and disputes. Stephanie advises government contractors on a variety of matters such as subcontracting and teaming issues, small business requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance, and federal government-contracts specific labor and employment laws, including the Service Contract Labor Standards. On the transactional side, Stephanie helps government contractors negotiate and draft joint venture agreements, mentor-protégé agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and other corporate documents. Stephanie also advises corporate clients and executives on a variety of business and employment related matters, including prime-sub disputes, non-compete disputes, breach of contract claims, and labor and employment compliance.
