As President of Berkshire, Beth Ronnenburg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is responsible for leading one of the most reputable and respected brands in affirmative action compliance solutions. Beth, who became President in June 2011, is the steward of Berkshire's strategic vision, “to help companies build their ideal, balanced workforce.” She oversees all business interests and operations, and more importantly, Beth is a well-known thought leader who speaks regularly at conferences including SHRM, National Industry Liaison Group (NILG), and other national events. She currently serves as a board member for the NILG, where she represents the Mid-Atlantic Region. She is also on the board of the Baltimore ILG.

About Cheryl

Cheryl Boyer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is Vice President of Client Services at Berkshire where she leads a team of expert consultants responsible for the delivery of affirmative action, OFCCP audit support, applicant management, compensation, and professional training services. As Vice President, Cheryl provides strategic direction on solving client’s business issues and ensuring consistent and reliable delivery of Berkshire’s solutions. Additionally, Cheryl is a member of Berkshire’s Executive Team where she lends her 30 years of experience as an HR practitioner to provide guidance on policies, procedures, and operations that serve to improve the client experience. 


Lynn A. Clements

Director of Regulatory Affairs


About Lynn

As Director of Regulatory Affairs for Berkshire, Lynn Clements, Esq. provides guidance on regulatory strategies, and conducts analyses and expert interpretation of Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) policies and requirements. Previously, Lynn served as Acting Director/Deputy Director of the Policy Division of OFCCP, as policy advisor at Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and more recently, a shareholder at a management-side employment law firm where she advised on a wide range of OFCCP and EEO compliance issues.


Karl Hester

IT Director


About Karl

Karl Hester is the IT Director for Berkshire, a leading provider of high quality, state-of-the-art software products and consulting services, specializing in human resources and affirmative action. Karl has been with Berkshire since 1998, and has been involved with and managed all aspects of Berkshire's products throughout his tenure, including software development, system implementation, application deployment, and client support. In addition to managing Berkshire’s product line, Karl has worked extensively with clients to design and develop custom software solutions to extend the needs of Berkshire’s core offerings. As IT Director, Karl is also responsible for the day to day management of the IT infrastructure for both the corporate network and for Berkshire's SaaS based offerings. Karl has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Applied Information Technology from Towson University. He has experience in architecting and developing desktop, client/server, and web based solutions primarily for the Windows platform.


Michele Hester

Sr. Manager of Client Services


About Michele

Michele Hester, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is Manager of Human Resource Services and responsible for overseeing, developing, and providing consulting services related to human resources management. From concept to implementation, Michele is involved in every aspect of Berkshire’s consulting services; ensuring clients receive the support they need to meet their unique goals. With over 15 years in the human resource industry, Michele is an expert in HR practices and procedures. This experience allows her to provide leading customized solutions on a variety of human resource issues that surface in all types of business. Michele holds a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Management Skills from New York State University at Buffalo.


Lisa Roeder

Director of Finance and Administration


About Lisa

As Director of Finance and Administration for Berkshire, Lisa Roeder oversees the Accounting, Human Resources, and Facilities departments. With over 30 years of accounting and business management experience working in the government, manufacturing, and services industries, Lisa understands what it takes to keep business processes running effectively. Lisa is an active member of both the Society for Human Resource Management, and the American Society of Women Accountants. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri.
