Berkshire’s President, Beth Ronnenburg, and Compensation Equity Expert, Dr. Thomas Carnahan, were invited to participate as expert panelists for HR.com’s State of Pay Equity 2023 survey effort. As part of this effort, Beth and Thomas have been helping to shape the wording, questions, and direction of the final report that will be produced.
