OFCCP Announces Changes to Employment Resource Referral Directory

The Federal contractor community received notification from OFCCP that the Employment Resource Referral Directory (ERRD) has been updated. The ERRD helps federal contractors and subcontractors identify organizations in their local community, city, and or state that can provide a qualified pool of applicants from specific minority groups, women, individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.

In addition to updating the database, OFCCP made the resource compatible for use with mobiles devices and on the web. Searches can be performed using multiple parameters such as region, state, organization name, applicant type, or targeted job categories. The site enables users to download search results or the entire database as a CSV file.
