On June 5th, 2023, OFCCP published a new Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) reportedly solely focused on construction contractors. The list includes 250 federal contractors, federally assisted contractors, and federally assisted subcontractors.

According to the announcement, “[t]he CSAL is a courtesy notification to a contractor selected for a compliance evaluation. The review will start once the establishment receives OFCCP’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB)-approved scheduling letter.” OFCCP goes on to encourage contractors to take advantage of the compliance assistance available on their website and at local OFCCP offices. Federal contractors can also review the list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) for Construction Compliance and the  Construction Contractors Technical Assistance Guide (TAG).

Anyone interested can check out the methodology for developing this list which OFCCP has been regularly publishing each time a new CSAL is released. If your company is on the list, and you believe your company should not have been selected for evaluation, you should reach out to OFCCP immediately by emailing: ofccp-dpo-scheduling@dol.gov.
