Consistent with EEOC guidelines and court decisions, our Preventing Workplace Harassment training covers not just sexual harassment, but all forms of workplace harassment, discrimination and retaliation.
To comply with sexual harassment prevention training laws across different jurisdictions, each user will be prompted to choose the appropriate state within the course, allowing managers to review the state requirements. The training also adheres to specific state regulations such as California AB 2053 and SB 1343, which requires topics such as workplace civility, bullying and bystander intervention.
