OFCCP’s New Compensation Directive – What Now?

April 2022

On March 15 - Equal Pay Day - OFCCP released a new compensation-focused directive.

The directive explains OFCCP’s authority to request and access the methodology and results of a contractor’s required evaluation of its compensation systems for gender-, race-, or ethnicity-based disparities.
