OFCCP has updated its Contractor Portal landing page to announce the portal will open for certification on April 1, 2024. All existing contractors will be required to certify their Affirmative Action Programs by July 1, 2024. Contractors who have not yet registered in the portal are encouraged to do so now.

As of today, no changes to the portal or certification process have been announced. Here are a few important reminders to prepare for a successful 2024 certification cycle.

  • Although you can access the site and establishment information now, you will not be able to certify until the certification period begins on April 1, 2024. We encourage you to review and update your establishment information as soon as possible. Establishments that have closed since the last certification cycle should be marked as ‘Closed’ and the employee count should be entered as ‘0’
  • If you have an April 1 plan date, you will need to certify with your April 1, 2024 AAP.
  • If you have a May 1, 2023 or June 1, 2023 AAP in effect, we strongly recommend that you certify no later than 4/30/2024 with your 2023 AAP. Otherwise, you will need to prepare a 2024 AAP prior to July 1.
  • If Berkshire will be preparing your AAP(s) and you have not yet submitted data, do so by 4/15/2024 to allow for completion prior to the July 1 deadline.
  • You must certify for EACH establishment, not just the company headquarters!
  • Contractors are required to enter the start date of the “currently maintained AAP.” When filling in this date, you will use the date as found on the cover page of your written AAP. For example, if you have a July 1, 2023 AAP in place, the start date will be 2023-07-01 and the site will automatically calculate an end date of 2024-07-01. A January 1 plan date will be entered as 2024-01-01. See the chart below to confirm your Certification Deadline and AAP Start Date.
