Columbia, MD—March 5, 2018, Berkshire Associates Inc., a leading human resource consulting and technology firm, announces today the appointment of Patti Sauer as Managing Consultant. With over 20 years of affirmative action consulting experience, Patti brings to Berkshire a wealth of knowledge regarding Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations, and will head up Berkshire’s new Tallahassee, FL office.
Patti’s appointment serves to reinforce Berkshire’s commitment to invest in the talent and resources necessary to provide stellar support to federal contractors. In her new role as Managing Consultant, Patti will lead project teams, manage key client relationships, contribute to enhancements in service solutions, and provide subject matter expertise to clients.
Prior to joining the Berkshire team, Patti was Acting Director of Affirmative Action Consulting at ERS Group where she spearheaded the production of all affirmative action services. Over the last two decades, Patti has provided her clients with in-depth training and analysis of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
