FAAP Update - April 2020

During this pandemic, all entities are having to adjust the way they do business and that applies to the OFCCP (Office of Contract Compliance Programs) as well. 

Federal Contractors who wish to apply, update, modify or certify their Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) agreements with the OFCCP can now do so electronically!
