Message from New Director of OFCCP

Jenny Yang joined the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) as the new director on January 20, 2021 and sends her first message to the stakeholder community. Director Yang shares her excitement at returning to the government, her commitment to OFCCP’s mission, and looks forward to meeting with the federal contractor community in the coming months.
