OFCCP Announces Mid-Atlantic Regional Director Appointment

Samuel Maiden is returning to OFCCP as Director for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Mr. Maiden held senior level positions in the Northeast and Southeast regions of OFCCP prior to his retirement in 2020.

While in the Northeast Region, Pat Shiu, the Director of OFCCP at the time, commented that Mr. Maiden led some of the “most important investigations of systemic pay discrimination” in that region.

In this recent announcement, current OFCCP Director Jenny Yang also thanked Diana Sen for serving as Acting Mid-Atlantic Regional Director.
