OFCCP Releases New CSAL List of 500 Federal Contractors

Today OFCCP published its latest Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL), naming 500 federal contractors and subcontractors in the supply and service industries. 

According to OFCCP’s announcement: 

“The CSAL is a courtesy notification to an establishment selected for a Compliance Review (Establishment Review), Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation (CMCE), or Functional Affirmative Action Program (FAAP) Review. The review will start once the establishment receives OFCCP’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approved scheduling letter.” 

As in previous years, OFCCP accompanied this announcement with a breakdown of the methodology used to identify contractors for audit and with a list of 21 FAQs addressing common concerns.
