The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released a new supply & service Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists (CSAL) today, available online at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/ofccp/foia/library#Q1. The list includes 750 Supply and Service establishments scheduled for the following different types of compliance reviews:

  • 668 Establishment Reviews
  • 57 Functional Affirmative Action Plan Reviews
  • 19 Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations
  • 6 University Reviews

The CSALs provide contractors a minimum 45-day courtesy notification before OFCCP begins sending its OMB-approved scheduling letters, giving contractors until at least August 16, 2021 to prepare. The OFCCP also continued a Trump era practice of publishing the methodology it used to create this new scheduling list, available at https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/OFCCP/scheduling/files/SL21R1-SS-MethodologyFinal508c.pdf

Berkshire will be providing more information about the scheduling lists after we have reviewed in more detail.
