OFCCP Releases Revises Scheduling ListSometime after the OFCCP released its Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists (CSAL) last Friday, the agency quietly revised its FY 2020 Supply & Service Scheduling List. The changes are significant for some contractors, and minor corrections in other cases. The biggest change is that OFCCP revised the type of review many establishments will undergo during the new scheduling cycle, changing what had previously been establishment reviews to promotions reviews, and vice versa.

The revised scheduling list is available on OFCCP’s website at FY2020 Supply & Service Scheduling List . All contractors should check the new list to see if any company locations are scheduled for an upcoming review, and to confirm the type of review. In this Scheduling Cycle, contractors can be scheduled for a Compliance Check, an Establishment or Functional Plan Review, a CMCE, a Section 503 Focused Review, and two new types of reviews – a Promotions Focused Review and an Accommodations Focused Review. As we previously reported, the CSALs provide contractors a minimum 45-day courtesy notification before OFCCP begins sending its OMB-approved scheduling letters for locations on the new scheduling lists.
