Applicant Data

Applicant Data Dos and Don'ts

Recorded:   October 2020

An effective Affirmative Action Plan is only as good as the data used to create the analysis. The toughest personnel activity to analyze is the hiring process. Just who is included in the pool? This session will discuss the use of the Internet applicant definition to determine what data to include in your AAP regarding applicant pools.

As part of Berkshire’s ongoing series of webinars, this session will discuss best practices for utilizing the Internet applicant definition to clearly define applicant pools, as well as how to navigate those tough common recruitment challenges.

Tiffany Hughes, Associate Consultant and Suzanne Keys, Senior Consultant will discuss the following:

• Defining an Internet Applicant
• Data Management Techniques
• Record Retention
• Managing Common Recruitment Practices
• Prescreening
• Social Media in Recruiting

In addition, there were so many questions that we weren't able to address them all during the live webinar -- so our experts helped us put together this Q&A resource.
