Tamanda joined Berkshire as a Senior HR Consultant, after serving as an Affirmative Action Specialist for almost 14 years. Tamanda regularly was a central contact point to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements for Affirmative Action, EEO and Immigration. She prepared position Statements for submission to enforcements agencies and represented company onsite at numerous occasions during OFCCP audits and training.
