Lou Ann is the Corporate Strategy Manager for Berkshire and has served in many leadership roles since joining the company in 1997. She specializes in strategic initiatives, project management, and product development, and is frequently relied upon to drive new efforts to their successful completion.
Currently, Lou Ann is focused on the evolution of balanceTRAK, an Applicant Tracking System developed by Berkshire for small and mid-sized companies. She leads the strategic plan development and execution along with overall product strategic direction.
Lou Ann has a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University.
Karl Hester is the Director of IT & Product Development for Berkshire. Karl has been with Berkshire since 1998, and has been involved with and managed all aspects of Berkshire's products throughout his tenure, including software development, system implementation, application deployment, and client support. In addition to managing Berkshire’s product line, Karl has worked extensively with clients to design and develop custom SaaS solutions to extend the needs of Berkshire’s core offerings. As IT Director, Karl is also responsible for the day to day management of the IT infrastructure for both the corporate network and for Berkshire's SaaS based offerings.
Karl has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Applied Information Technology from Towson University. He has experience in architecting and developing solutions for a variety of platforms.
