How to Address Promotions in Your AAP

Recorded:    June 2020

Federal contractors are required to analyze their personnel activity like hires, promotions, and terminations, on an annual basis.

As part of Berkshire’s ongoing series of webinars, this session will discuss promotions and how to best capture competitive and non-competitive promotions in your AAP.

Patti Sauer, Managing Consultant for Berkshire, will discuss the following:

  • The definition of promotion
  • Types of promotions
  • Competitive vs. non-competitive promotions
  • Capturing and analyzing promotions
  • How the OFCCP may look at promotions

OFCCP has increasingly focused on promotional activity in recent audits and has signaled interest in developing a new type of review focused on promotions.
